FenixIAm by AIworks 2028 FenixIAm

Your team rehearses every conversation before having it with a customer.

Salespeople, medical reps and service staff practise by voice with simulated customers who respond like real people. When they hang up they get a report built on your company’s methodology: a score per criterion, the sentence that justifies it and what to improve next time.

Train Voice training

Simulated customers who do not make it easy.

Every scenario has its own customer: a doctor short of time, a buyer comparing prices, a user disputing a bill. The AI stays in character, raises objections and reacts to what your team says, just as a person would.

  • Scenarios from your sector
  • No script
  • Repeat as often as needed

How a session works

From preparation to the team report, in four steps.

  1. Scenario preparation

Your training team defines the simulated customer, their situation, their objections and the goal of the conversation. What the customer knows about the product comes from your own documentation.

  2. Voice call

The person talks to the simulated customer from the browser, in real time and without a script. They can interrupt, hesitate and rephrase, just as in a real visit.

  3. Report on hang-up

When the call ends they get their report: a score on each criterion, the exact sentence that justifies it and one concrete tip for the next rehearsal.

  4. Team roll-ups

Managers follow the group’s progress criterion by criterion and know what to reinforce in the next training. Reports download as PDF.

Listen and score

One minute of practice, scored as it is spoken.

A sales rep practises a medical visit with a doctor simulated by AI. While they talk, Fenix scores the five criteria of a sample sales methodology. Every score links to the sentence that justifies it, and every product claim is checked against the product’s technical sheet.

    Session report

5 criteria from 0 to 20 · methodology configured per company

    0 out of 100
Accuracy: «cuesta lo mismo que su pauta actual» cannot be verified in the technical sheet. The report flags it to be corrected in the next practice.

      Configurable rubric

Scored with your methodology, not ours.

Your company defines its criteria and what doing well means in each one. The total adds up to 100, so the score reads at a glance and compares across sessions.

      • Every score comes with the sentence from the conversation that justifies it.
      • The criteria are written with your training team when the service is set up and reviewed whenever your methodology changes.
      • If your sector measures something else, the rubric adapts: a laboratory can score its own medical-visit indicators.

      Sample rubric · consultative selling

      1. First contact 0–20
      2. Finding the pain 0–20
      3. Presenting benefits 0–20
      4. Objection handling 0–20
      5. Closing the sale 0–20

      Maximum total 100

Illustrative example. Each company writes its own criteria.

      Accuracy

Every product claim, checked against its technical sheet.

In regulated sectors, persuading is not enough: what you say has to be right. Fenix compares what the person claims about the product with its technical sheet and classifies it as correct, incorrect or unverifiable, citing the section of the source.

      Accuracy · medical visit

      • “It is taken once a day, with or without food.”

        Correct Technical sheet, section 4.2

      • “It has no known interactions.”

        Incorrect Technical sheet, section 4.5

      • “It is the one your colleagues prescribe most.”

        Unverifiable Not in the documentation

Illustrative example with a fictitious product.

      Privacy and limits

People practise to improve, not to be watched.

Each person decides who sees their results

      Individual consent

Each person can always see their own report and decides whether to share it with their manager. Without their permission, their results only count anonymously in the totals.

      Small groups stay hidden

Results for a group of three people or fewer are not shown, because it would be easy to tell whose they are.

      Clear rules from the start

Whoever practises knows before starting what is measured and who will be able to see it.

      What it does not do

      • It does not infer moods or personal traits of anyone. It assesses what is said in the conversation against your company’s criteria.

      • It does not make hiring or dismissal decisions. It is a practice tool: decisions about people are made by people.

      • It does not replace your trainers. It gives them the detail of every rehearsal so they can spend their time on whoever needs it most.

      Cases

Two ways of using it that already work.

We describe what our clients do, not who they are.

      A sales training consultancy

      What they needed
For its trainees to practise between workshops, with the consultancy’s own methodology and without depending on the trainers’ diaries.
      How they use Fenix
Trainees rehearse by voice whenever they want, with simulated customers from each sector, and get a report built on the consultancy’s criteria.
      What they get
Trainers arrive at each workshop knowing which criteria each group needs to strengthen.

      A pharmaceutical laboratory

      What they needed
For its network of medical reps to practise the medical visit without going beyond what each product’s technical sheet allows.
      How they use Fenix
Reps rehearse with simulated doctors. Fenix scores the laboratory’s own indicators and the accuracy of every claim about the product.
      What they get
Sales and compliance training in the same session, with the source cited in every correction.
